Raphinha completed a back-to-back La Liga hat-trick for Barcelona on Saturday with his team going on to win 3-1 against Sevilla in a comeback victory.

Youssouf Fofana opened the scoring for Sevilla with a header, but Raphinha leveled for Barcelona within minutes before putting them in the lead with a header in the 52nd minute and completing his treble with a goal in the 69th minute after running onto a through ball from Lamine Yamal and finishing with his left foot.

It was the third goal for the player during the match after a right footed goal and  a header.

Raphinha scored three times as Barcelona overturned Sevilla's early lead.

Barcelona Maintain Perfect Seven-Game LaLiga Start

This victory makes Barcelona undefeated so far with their seventh win out of seven matches played, having taken all the available 21 points from 21 possible while scoring 31 goals which is the fourth-best goal-scoring record in the period.

It also places them six points above Real Madrid who were defeated by Atlético Madrid the next day.

Raphinha's statistics prove the run more than just describe it: 12 goals and three assists in just seven league matches, an impressive 15 goal contributions only matched in the 21st century by Karim Benzema during his first seven matches for Real Madrid.

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick hailed him as "the best captain Barcelona could have" after the match, a claim hard to disagree with.
